Abstract We study the clustering of galaxies in generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) modified trufel ultra Newtonian potential.We compute the corrected N-particle partition function which leads to the modified equations of state.The GUP corrected clustering parameter is compared with the original clustering parameter.An investigation of the alesmith tower of flower distribution function for the system of galaxies is also made.

Moreover, we analyze the effect of GUP on the two-point correlation function of the system.In order to find the optimal value of the clustering parameter we perform data analysis and compare our model with the data.
